Training Schedule - Crash Landing With the number of climbs and descents involved in Tough Guy it is important you know how to fall safely, this section will build up you cat like ability to fall from great height and survive. Basic Crash Landing - Shed Jumping Stand on a chair and jump to the ground feet first, on impact bend your knees and roll forward to absorb the impact. Work your way up to the office desk then finally your garden shed. NB Steps 1 & 2 can be completed at work during your lunch break. Get sponsored for each obstacle jumped from! Advanced Crash Landing - Stair diving Confidence in your unknown ability is required. Start from a lowly height of two steps and simply dive forward and downwards in a forward roll movement, the secret is in the 'hedgehog curl', the record is 12 household stairs, use a mattress to begin.
